Manager Iain O’Connell has made two more changes to the Margate squad.
Margate has today completed the signing of former favourite James Pinnock. James recently left Maidstone United and Iain O’Connell moved quickly to secure the striker’s signature.
In a two year spell at Hartsdown Park between 2006 and 2008, Pinns scored 44 goals in 99 appearances. He goes straight into the squad for the match with Waltham Abbey.
The club would like to extend a warm welcome back to James and wish him the best of luck starting tomorrow!
Leaving Margate Football Club is defender Luke Wheatley who has made the switch to neighbours Ramsgate for an undisclosed fee. With limited first team opportunities at Hartsdown Park, Luke - who had a spell on loan at the Rams earlier in the season - has made the move across the island to get more first team football.
The club would like to thank Luke for his efforts as a youth and senior player a Hartsdown Park and wish him success in his future career. |
